How to arrange items into categories? If you are creating a new item, check out this article. If you would like to assign a category to an already existing item, see Case 1 in this article.


How to create categories?

Step 1. Click on the icon to go to datasheet settings (only accessible by administrators)

Step 2. In the "Categories" section, you can either choose to create a new category (2a. on the picture below) or to edit an existing one (2b.)

Step 3. Either way, you can edit / type in the title, the order in which the categories will be displayed, the icon and its color which will display in the list of items. Categories that are not in use can be desactivated.

Step 4. Save the settings.
