- Access to information in the datasheets is managed by your job (so you role in the system)
- Access to the tasks is individual. Only those who work on them have access to the tasks
- Meeting minutes are visible to everyone
- Your notes are either private (visible only to you) or shared (visible to all people to which is shared with)
